Joanne M. O’Sullivan was born and raised in South Boston, Massachusetts. She is a graduate of Boston Latin School, the University of Chicago, and Boston College Law School. She currently lives in Cataumet, Massachusetts, and is married with two college aged children.
Attorney O’Sullivan has worked on Cape Cod since 1995. She was a sole practitioner from 2006-2015; merged with a small firm from 2015-2019, and then returned to sole practice, focused on real estate, estate planning and small business law.
Over the years Attorney O’Sullivan has been involved with Volunteers in Public Schools (VIPS), the American Business Women’s Association, Business Networking International, and the Chamber of Commerce. She has volunteered for the Falmouth High School Sailing Boosters, the Falmouth Road Race, and the Unitarian Universalists. Joanne Is currently the President of the Falmouth Housing Trust Inc., a local 503c non-profit community development corporation which focuses on work force homeownership, and homelessness prevention.
